Black Belt  

A black belt signifies a comprehensive understanding of the fundamental principles of Taekwondo. Individuals who earn a black belt are qualified to begin teaching these fundamentals to others. They may also progress to higher ranks, known as Dan levels, as they continue to develop their skills and expertise.

What is Dan ?

A Dan represents an advanced rank in Martial Arts, typically ranging from 1st Dan to 9th Dan, with higher numbers reflecting greater skill, knowledge, and experience. In Taekwondo, Dan ranks are reserved for black belts. Practitioners who achieve 1st Dan or above are considered Masters, recognized for their proficiency, dedication, and leadership within the martial art.
